Flexoid Paper

Flexoid Paper is a cellulose based soft jointing material used for sealing against petrol, oil and water. It is manufactured by special impregnation with platised gelatine and other chemicals to achieve excellent oil and fuel resistant properties.

Flexoid Paper is suitable for a variety of automotive applications where the sealing is required with uneven and light sealing loads. Generally used in Carburettors, Fuel Pumps, Front Plate, Oil Pumps, Oil Filter, Side Cover, Timing Cover, Thermostat, Water Pump, Gear Box Covers, Axle Covers, Hub Caps etc. It has limited usage against steam, alkalies and chemicals

Material Composition: Made from a combination of synthetic fibres and glass-fibre bound with nitrile rubber

Application: Suitable for many industrial sealing applications. High temperature resistance in steam and water, as well as excellent resistance to oils and hydrocarbons.

Bestobell High Grade

Sheet gasketing is made of 100% expanded P.T.F.E. using a special process that produces a uniform and highly fibrillated multidirectional microstructure. This creates a soft and  pliable, yet very tough gasket that has excellent resistance to compression, creep relaxation and cold flow. Suitable for un-even damaged flanges. Possesses resistance against common chemicals, except melted alkali metal, fluorine in liquid and gas state. It is free from asbestos and meets the FDA requirements, anti-corrosive and unlimited shelf life.

Expansion joints

Bodies are internally reinforced with synthetic material cloth and metal rings to assure a high mechanical resistance while operating at a positive internal pressure or vacuum. Rubber Expansion Joints are supplied from ND 1.1/4" (32mm) up to ND 80" (200mm), being recommended to operate up to 225 PSIG (16 Kgf/cm) and 250 °F (120°C), according to the specific model. Rubber Bellows compression moulded rubber bellows that provide the ultimate with nominal bore sizes ranging from 50 mm – 600 mm. Also known as rubber compensator bellows or dampeners, range of rubber bellows extend the lifespan of pipelines by not only providing flexibility but by also facilitating movement in the pipes without damaging or cracking the system.

Flanged bellows vibration- and noise-reducing flanged bellows are rubber-reinforced with a synthetic polyester cord and are compression moulded to the highest levels of accuracy and safety – providing you with a durable, abrasion-resistant rubber bellow.

Union-type bellows

Union-type, or twin-sphere, bellows from  connect misaligned pipelines. Designed with a unique twin-sphere construction, this bellow facilitates greater flexibility in pipelines than regular, single-sphere bellows. The different rubbers employed in the manufacturing of expansion joints, are identified with circular coloured labels placed at external surfaces of bodies.

Sealing Sponge

Sealing of joints for fluids or gasses.

The closed cell construction makes it ideal for packaging, gaskets, strips and expansion joints.

Expanded closed cell EVA sponge. The closed cell construction makes it ideal for Strips and Sealing.

Closed Cell SBR

Styrene Butadiene Rubber - closed cell expanded rubber, is used for sealing as it has good memory to retain its sealing properties. SBR has good resistance to air and UV, this is ideal for use in indoor and outdoor sealing applications.

SBR is good for use in anti vibration applications.

Closed Cell EPDM

Ethylene Propylene Dyene Monomer - closed cell expanded rubber, has good weather resistant properties.

Sealing applications are for indoor and outdoor use.

Closed Cell Neoprene

As SBR and EPDM perFom1 poor in oily applications we include Neoprene Sponge tor these situations.

Neoprene is self-extinguishing and can handle higher temperature applications.
